About Topanga Spirit Yoga
My Mission
Topanga Spirit Yoga was born from my deep connection to Topanga, CA, a place that has shaped my heart, my spirit, and my path. Through yoga, I discovered a journey of self-connection, healing, and love—one that transcends physical postures and becomes a way of being. At Topanga Spirit Yoga, I aim to build a supportive community where we honor each person’s unique journey, create space for self-expression, and cultivate mindfulness through intentional teachings. My mission is to spread love and healing, helping others connect to their true essence, each other, and the universe.
My work is now primarily centered in Boulder or Denver CO, with the exception of a few trips a year to Los Angeles where I hold events in and around Topanga, CA.

Stained Collective
Topanga Spirit Yoga is in collaboration with Stained Collective, a sustainable swim and activewear line. Using recycled plastic from the ocean for its materials, Stained Collective x Topanga Spirit Yoga brings to you one off livestream classes, in person events, and discount codes!

Electric Honey
Electric Honey Experience is an annual psychedelic creative festival including music, art, movement, and community. I’ve had the privilege of leading their Yoga classes for the past two years since their launch and am excited to continue this tradition in the future!
